Returns or exchanges, sent back in its original condition, pack and seal your package securely, in the original package, if possible. On the outside of the return/exchange box, please attach the original invoice/ pick slip that came with your order. For an exchange, please include a note stating the reason. Once availability has been confirmed, your exchange will be sent back to the original shipping address. You should ship your return/ exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Please provide us with this tracking number, so we to can help you trace it and expedite your request.

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, so we’ll gladly accept returns for any purchase made of Golden Girl product within 30 days of the date you received the item and offer a full refund of the purchase price. We ask only that you return the product in the same condition and with the original packaging in which you received it. Returns received after 30 days may not be processed and will be returned at your cost.

- Returns of Golden Girl product is free, we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. We do not charge a re-stocking fee for reasonable returns. We gladly accept returns for any purchase made within 30 days of the date you received the item.

Repack the item(s) you are returning to us in the original packaging and include the original (or a photocopy) Order Summary. If there are several items on your Order Summary, please highlight the item(s) you are returning. If your return contains items from more than one order, please enclose each Order Summary.
- Affix Self-Address Return Label
Your Order Summary (packing slip) has a return label that helps us identify your order – affix the label to your package over the original shipping label.

We do not accept in person returns. All returns must be mailed to the appropriate address listed on your return label.
